• Does the product have a public-facing status page? How prominantly do they display it?
• Is the product meeting the communicated SLAs?
• How much do developer accounts cost?
• Does the offering have a marketplace? How many items are listed? What is the vetting process for getting listed in their marketplace?
• Is the documentation publicly available? How comprehensive is it?
